For businesses requiring a more in-depth assessment, I offer on-site consultations to better understand your administrative and operational needs and identify practical opportunities for improvement.

Cancellation/ reschedule policy:

On-site consultations cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the $45 consultation fee, which will not be credited towards future consultations.

If I arrive on-site and the client is unable to proceed with the consultation, the $45 consultation fee will also be forfeit and will not be credited towards future consultations.

Why do you list starting prices instead of exact pricing for everything?

Every business is different. While administrative support can often be priced hourly or in packages, operational and system-focused work varies based on scope, urgency, and complexity. Starting prices provide transparency while allowing solutions to be tailored appropriately.

Do you offer hourly support?

Hourly support is available for clearly defined administrative tasks. A minimum booking applies to ensure focused, productive work. For short-term or catch-up needs, packages are typically the most efficient option.

What’s included in a short-term support package?

Packages are designed to address administrative backlogs or busy periods within a defined timeframe. Before work begins, we agree on priorities and outcomes. At completion, systems and processes are handed back to you in a clear, manageable way so you can maintain them going forward.

Do package hours expire?

Package hours are typically used within 30–60 days, depending on scope. This ensures momentum and timely results.

Is on-site support available?

On-site support is available depending on location and project needs. Travel time or expenses may apply and will be discussed in advance.

Do you offer ongoing monthly support or retainers?

Ongoing support is available on a limited basis and discussed after an initial engagement. This ensures the right fit and scope before committing to longer-term support.

Do you provide consulting or system setup services?

Operational consulting, workflow improvements, and administrative system setup are offered on a custom basis. These services are scoped after a consultation to ensure solutions align with your business goals.

The first step is a brief consultation to discuss your needs, timelines, and priorities. From there, you’ll receive a clear recommendation and pricing before any work begins.

Consultation & Cancelation Fees

At Clear Path Consulting & Solutions, every consultation is thoughtfully prepared to ensure your time is used effectively and your business needs are understood from the very first conversation.

To reserve your consultation, a non-refundable $25 booking deposit is required.

Your deposit will be:

- Applied to your first invoice if you choose to move forward with my services.

- Consultation cancelations and re-bookings with less than 48 hours' notice, and no shows for scheduled consultations are subject to a $25 fee.

This policy helps ensure appointment availability for serious prospective clients while respecting the time invested in preparing for each consultation.
